Term life

We offer both traditional term and return of premium term options. Talk with our team about the coverage period, premium costs, and the terms of any return of premium benefit. Renewal and conversion options depend on the policy.

Whole life

A type of permanent coverage that can provide lifelong protection while the policy remains in force and may build cash value. Costs and features are contract-specific.

Indexed Universal Life

Ask our team about Indexed Universal Life (IUL), including its coverage features, funding requirements, costs, and how the policy's index-linked interest crediting works. We'll help you review the policy details and tradeoffs.

Flexible coverage for different stages of life

There is no single life insurance policy that is right for every family. Through Farmers New World Life, we can help eligible customers explore different approaches depending on their budget, protection period and long-term goals.

Term life can provide straightforward protection for a defined period and is often used for income replacement, mortgages and family obligations.

Return of premium term may provide an option for eligible customers who want term protection with a potential return-of-premium benefit when specific policy requirements are satisfied.

Whole life provides permanent coverage while policy requirements are met and may accumulate cash value.

Indexed Universal Life (IUL) combines permanent life insurance with flexible policy features and index-linked interest-crediting potential, subject to the policy's charges, limits, funding requirements and guarantees.

Our job is to explain the differences and help you determine which available design fits what you are trying to accomplish—not simply sell everyone the same type of policy.

Where should I begin?

Think about who depends on your income, your debts, your long-term goals, and any coverage you already have. We'll help you compare available policy designs and explain the tradeoffs. Underwriting and eligibility apply.

Life Insurance questions

How do term and permanent life insurance differ?

Term life covers a specified period. Permanent policies are designed for longer-term protection while policy requirements are met and may build cash value. Premiums, guarantees and funding requirements differ, so compare the actual contracts.

Is a return of premium or indexed universal life benefit guaranteed?

Benefits depend on the contract and its conditions. Ask which premiums qualify for a refund and what happens if coverage ends early. For IUL, review charges, crediting limits, funding needs and which illustration values are guaranteed.
